I recommend Chirashi Don, because sometimes you want sashimi with a little rice, and for me it feels more balanced than rolls. I love the shiso leaf, it’s a traditional medicinal flavour, and I like that the ginger is yellow. Less dyes. Staff are quick and it’s a busy spot so best book your reservation!

not a traditional japanese restaurant, but if you're looking for some fun japanese eats, this is a great place! the dragon roll was delicious - the fried crab went really well with the other toppings. the bao is also worth a mention - the bun was fluffy and served as the perfect complement to the marinated and flavourful pork belly that was sandwiched between the bread. overall quite delicious and i would recommend this!

Stumbled upon this for lunch and have to say, best food and service so far in London! Lulu (hope I spelt that right) was an amazing hostess, very friendly and helpful and gave us the best suggestions! Thank you for a great experience!

We try lots of different sushi spots and this is now high on the list. Great food, a solid atmosphere, and we had good service. Our service graciously moved us to another table to avoid a loud party as well. He also gave some great recommendations and spoke with the chef to relay some details about a few of the dishes and specific flavors. We'll definitely be back, and it's nice that it's not in the city.

we had a great lunch! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were super friendly and helpful, which made everything even better. The vibe was just right, though the music was a tad loud at first; they were kind enough to turn it down when we asked, which I really appreciated. Overall, everything from the welcome to the service was spot on, and I can’t wait to go back!

Cool little Japanese restaurant at the end of Northcote Road. Very large menu with lots of inventive modern fusion menu items. Cocktails were great and all of the food was was good, not strictly traditional Japanese if that’s what you’re after. Music was a bit loud for dinner but overall a fun vibe.
